Job Purpose

The Affiliate Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of our affiliate marketing strategy. Your expertise in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, and data analysis will drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new affiliates, optimizing affiliate campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to improve our affiliate program continuously. As an essential part of our marketing team, you will be key in driving our business forward and achieving our growth objectives.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand the company's affiliate network.
  • Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of affiliate marketing initiatives with other marketing channels.
  • Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts and commission structures to ensure profitability and compliance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to senior management on affiliate program performance and opportunities for growth.

  • Monitor and report on affiliate marketing metrics to senior management.
  • Provide training and support to affiliates to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
