Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of construction services, dedicated to building quality relationships with their clients and delivering on projects within a timely manner. We are looking for a motivated and organized Entry Level Administrative Assistant to join their team and support the daily operations. This role aides in ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This position involves handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, processing orders, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. We are looking for someone with the following

salary: $16 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Handle Phone Calls: Answer incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate personnel, and take messages as needed.
  • Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and site visits for the construction team.
  • Order Processing: Process orders for materials and supplies, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service to clients and vendors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Documentation: Maintain organized records and files, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Office Support: Assist with general office duties, including data entry, photocopying, and filing.
  • Communication: Coordinate and communicate effectively with team members and external parties.
  • Other Duties: Perform other administrative tasks as assigned to support the team and ensure efficient office operations.
