The ideal candidate for this position will have a high mechanical aptitude with a solid background in manufacturing, maintenance, or a combination of both. 

Schedule - This position will float between both of our night shifts as needed. 12-hour shifts. Training will be conducted on day-shift 7A-7P. Candidates must be willing/able to train on day shift until they are released.

Position Overview

• Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plan environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high quality, low waste workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.

• Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.
\n
• Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.
\n
• Train personnel to operate, adjust, repair, and maintain the machinery; performing the most complex work with the assistance of maintenance personnel.
\n
• Perform quality inspections periodically to ensure manufactured product meets standards.
\n
• Perform operator duties as required.
\n
• Provide feedback to the Shift Supervisor on the performance of the department and assist in performance reviews of the personnel they lead.

• Set print and gauge printers.
\n
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays and holidays.
