The successful candidate will be intimately involved in reviewing and trafficking digital ad campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. The position reports to the Director of Operations. It's a great way to work in multiple advertising platforms, as well as develop and implement new processes across all of our campaigns.Responsibilities includeManaging all aspects of campaign builds in Jun Group and 3rd party DSPs, including producing ad units, trafficking tags, and building audience segmentsCollaborating with the Client Services team on campaign requirements, and the Design team on ad unit creative and functionalityBuilding and QA of custom, immersive rich media ad experiencesManage proxy and debugging tools to validate and troubleshoot ad functionalityAnalyze performance metrics and identify potential optimization opportunitiesTroubleshoot technical issues on live campaignsSupport Product Management and Engineering through user acceptance testing of new products and featuresCreate documentation and process requirements for new features and functionalityLiaise between Operations, Sales Strategy, and TechnologyServe as the central point of contact with third-party vendors, such as Meta, Google, and other DSPsHere are a few indicators that you're the right personYou have 2+ years in a digital advertising or digital media experienceYou're proficient in third-party DSPs such as the Trade Desk, Google Ads Manager, or Facebook Ads ManagerYou're familiar with video ad serving formats such as VAST, VPAID, MRAIDYou have experience with tag vendors including DCM, DoubleVerify, IAS and InnovidYou love digging into data and summarizing findings; familiarity with SQL and strong excel skills is a plusYou have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptYou're well-spoken and can clearly articulate technical information to technical and non-technical team membersYou're comfortable multi-tasking and managing deadlinesYou're tough, smart, and detail-orientedYou're good with people, planning, and organizationRequirementsBachelor's degree with a strong academic background requiredRelevant work experienceSome company benefits includeCompetitive PayWork Life Balance & Hybrid Work LifeHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance Mental Health ResourcesVolunteer OpportunitiesGreater NY-area Residents: We currently have a hybrid remote work policy.
