In this role, you will play and test games across PC and console platforms, following test documentation and providing critical feedback on user experience, controls, and features. You'll identify and report accessibility issues and work closely with Test Leads and developers to support improvements, focusing on accessibility needs specific to individuals with impairments. Candidates must have a personal understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with impairments in gaming, effective communication skills, and a passion for gaming across genres and platforms. Responsibilities: Play and test games across platforms (PC, Console) based on test documentation. step-by-step instructions, assess results, and log findings into test tracking tools. Collaborate effectively with teammates to complete tasks. Identify and report accessibility issues, whether intentional or unintentional. Provide detailed feedback on user experience, controls, and features. Focus on accessibility needs specific to individuals with impairment. Work closely with Test Leads and developers to support accessibility improvements. Requirements: Hearing-impaired or hard of hearing or rely on screen readers for navigation. Passion for gaming with familiarity across genres and platforms. Personal experience with challenges faced by individuals with impairment in gaming.
