What you can expect in this role

As a Spectrum Intern, you’ll be essential to two teams — your respective department and your Intern peer group. Department and team-focused projects account for about 80% of your schedule. You’ll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities, including the Kickoff Conference on May 28th, webinars, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentations.

Internship responsibilities may include

  • This intern position will support Spectrum Business Sales Operations, in various capacities. The position will gain useful insight and exposure into operational readiness and project management for a large organization. Duties will include project management analysis and support, sales analysis and support, and process development and support.
  • The intern role will also have exposure to multiple levels of leadership within the organization. Some of the responsibilities for this internship include:
    • Project management activities to help assist sales and operational activity for Spectrum Business
    • Collaboration with key stakeholder & supporting organizations to assist in project delivery and operational readiness. Some of these organizations include: Customer Operations, Sales Operations, Technical Operations, Billing, Business Planning, and Product
    • Process creation and enhancement
    • Personal and Professional development

Here’s what it takes to get started

Required qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in an accredited College or University completing a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Degree
  • Must have at least a 3.0 GPA or greater in current program
  • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship
