Crocker & Starr Winery in St. Helena, Napa Valley is seeking two motivated winemaking interns to join our team for the upcoming 2025 harvest. This position requires someone creative, adaptable and energetic to join our tight-knit winemaking team. You will be exposed to all sides of harvest, from our viticultural practices and grape sampling in our 85-acre estate vineyard, to crushing fruit and following fermentations all the way to barrel alongside our winemaker. We are committed to mentoring and developing the next generation of wine industry professionals, so while previous experience isn't required, a strong work ethic and sense of curiosity certainly is. If you are interested in learning all aspects of winemaking from vineyard to blending, this is the ideal harvest internship for you.
Crocker & Starr has prioritized sustainable, innovative, and high-quality winemaking since our inception in 1997. We were an early adopter of organic farming practices and are currently incorporating more regenerative agriculture in the vineyard, while also maintaining a sustainable wine cellar. We focus on Bordeaux varieties grown on our estate vineyard, and have been producing the wine in our state-of-the-art winery since 2016.
